Above is a PZ14 Deluxe finished oven packed ready for shipment. Note frame over the top, the stucco prefabricated base surround around oven and tools on or inside oven.

All that is required on site is to unload, unpack, assemble and install.

Some ovens are shipped on pallets (this is a standard basic dome on a pallet) and some in crates (The second pic is a PZ14 for Taipei)

This is the oven shown above on the pallet as installed at Red Ochre - Cafe Lago in Adelaide, having been turned on edge and fitted through a standard doorway using the turning frame and jacks - Total installation was achieved in under one day.

Where our ovens need to be installed sideways through narrow doorways we ship them in a turning frame, complete with customised jacks. This enables 2 or more people to turn the oven on its side, place it on a pallet jack and then move it to position on its side. The same jacks are then used to rotate the unit flat and place it on the frame.

We also often ship ovens whole and fully complete, below is a stone covered unit for Tasmania being loaded and a picture of a raw whole oven for Collins St Melbourne being unloaded from a standard tailgate loader truck with a pallet trolley. Both of these were installed in under an hour.

On one pallet the client receives the raw oven in a metal drum casing. All decorative and finish items are extra and by the client. |
On the second pallet the client receives the floor, legs and insulation. These have then to be assembled and insulated on site. |
